At the start of the portfolio, teachers will start off by giving a short summarize description of the child's specific domain.

In Fig 2 & 3, teachers have to include pieces of evidence that support the child's specific domain. For e.g: checklists, photo/video documentation or work samples.

Teachers have to also give a short caption to support their evidences that they have put onto the portfolio
